Your Impact
The Logistics Executive role is based in Jordan and reports to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for supporting the efficient and accurate processing of outbound shipments. This role involves coordinating the picking, packing, and shipping of products, as well as tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery to customers or distribution centers. The executive will assist in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
What You'll Do
Assist in the preparation and processing of outbound shipments, ensuring all orders are accurate and prepared on time for shipment.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
Monitor outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, keeping detailed records of shipment status.
Help update inventory records to reflect outbound shipments and work with the warehouse team to maintain accurate stock levels.
Assist in preparing and maintaining all necessary shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping manifests.
Follow and adhere to all shipping regulations and documentation requirements, ensuring all shipments meet legal and safety standards.
Liaise with carriers and logistics service providers to arrange transport and resolve any issues related to outbound shipments.
Assist the Outbound Logistics Lead in evaluating carrier performance, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements.
Help resolve any shipping-related issues or concerns, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in the outbound shipments.
Provide timely updates and feedback to customers regarding the status of their orders.
Identify opportunities for improving outbound logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the warehouse and logistics staff to ensure smooth execution of outbound logistics operations and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or a related function (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
Good command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal contexts.
Basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes, documentation, and inventory flow.
Familiarity with courier and shipping platforms such as Aramex and DHL is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow processes accurately.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
