Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
7+ years of hands-on project management experience in operationally complex, execution-driven environments such as engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, MedTech, industrial, or similar.

Strong resource coordination capabilities, effectively managing people, tools, vendors, materials, and dependencies to avoid bottlenecks and delivery delays.
Hands-on ownership of project dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking, using data to improve visibility, support decision-making, and proactively address risks.
Proven ability in proactive risk identification and mitigation, resolving issues early before they impact timelines, cost, or operational performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, push back when needed, and align teams around priorities and outcomes.
