Your Impact
The Product Manager role is based in Amman, Jordan, reports to the head of product management, and is responsible for shaping digital products that support and scale complex clinical, operational, and manufacturing workflows across our global clear aligner business.
You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to define product direction, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for both users and the business.
This role requires strong product ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in a fast-paced product environment.
What You'll Do
Own and manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for assigned products and features.
Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and feature requirements based on customer needs, business goals, market insights, and product data.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Design, Operations, Commercial, and Customer Support to drive product initiatives forward.
Translate business and user requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
Work with product designers to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered product experiences.
Partner with Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and timely delivery.
Conduct user interviews, gather customer feedback, and analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Monitor product KPIs and success metrics, including adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Support product launches and rollout activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and go-to-market teams.
Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously evolve product strategy.
Contribute to building scalable product processes, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration practices across the organization.
What To Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Product Management or similar product-focused roles within a software or technology-driven environment.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Design.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, product delivery processes, user experience, and customer-centric product thinking.
Ability to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in healthcare, health-tech, med-tech, SaaS, or workflow-driven product environments is a plus.
