Your Impact

The Product Data Analyst role is based in Amman and reports to the product management head and will be responsible for establishing product analytics capabilities across Eon’s platforms. Enable data-informed product decisions by building reliable data foundations, generating actionable insights, and translating product usage data into clear narratives that drive business and product outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Build and own the product analytics foundation (event tracking, data models, dashboards, reporting).

• Partner with product, design, and engineering to define tracking requirements and ensure high-quality data collection.

• Analyze product usage, feature adoption, and customer behavior across doctor, partner, and admin workflows.

• Identify friction points in key journeys (e.g., case submission, treatment workflows, integrations, communication).

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting (Tableau) for product performance visibility.

• Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Support product discovery and prioritization with quantitative evidence.

• Measure the impact of product releases, experiments, and feature rollouts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve decision-making velocity and accuracy.

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems.
  

What To Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, or data analytics roles, with clear exposure to product-focused decision-making.

• Proven experience working with data warehousing environments and large-scale datasets to support analysis and reporting.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, including building dashboards, visualizing insights, and supporting stakeholder decision-making.

• Experience defining tracking plans, analytics frameworks, and measurement approaches for digital products.

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business and product insights.

• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and actionable way.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business teams.

• Customer-centered mindset, with the ability to connect user behavior, product performance, and business outcomes.

• Ability to work independently and operate with high autonomy in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare tech, dental tech, or other data-rich digital product environments is a plus.

• Experience supporting product teams in building measurement strategies, KPI frameworks, and experimentation readiness is a plus.
