Your Impact

The Product Designer role is based in Amman and reports to the Product Design Lead and will be responsible for creating and enhancing seamless user experiences across our products. This role involves leading the design process from wireframing to final UI, conducting user research and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions. The Product Designer will ensure alignment with user needs, business goals, and design best practices, contributing to a consistent and innovative user experience across all platforms.

What You'll Do

• Own the full design lifecycle across multiple products and portals — from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.

• Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web platforms (with future mobile touchpoints).

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions with dentists, orthodontists, and internal stakeholders to validate assumptions and improve experiences.

• Translate complex clinical and technical workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences.

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product goals.

• Contribute to and evolve Eon’s design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across products.

• Prioritize design work based on user impact, business objectives, and delivery timelines.

• Balance multiple initiatives while maintaining a high bar for usability, clarity, and visual quality.

• Operate comfortably in ambiguity, making informed design decisions with incomplete information when needed.
  

What To Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking (problem → solution → impact).

• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Suite.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.

• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to 3D software, viewers, or modeling environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Figma Make, Lovable, Bolt) is preferred.

• Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments is preferred.
