Your Impact
The Clinical Advisor - NAM role is based out of the USA and reports to the Clinical Advisory Manager - NAM and will be responsible for executing daily clinical success activities related to the NA region. This role involves providing both client-level support to organizations and direct doctor-level support to clinicians. The position ensures the efficient handling of clinical queries, case management, and communication while supporting the direct line manager in addressing any escalations.
What You'll Do
Provide client-level support to NA clients (organisations, DSOs, etc.) in a timely manner, ensuring each interaction meets the established standards.
Provide doctor-level support by handling clinical inquiries and proactive communication through various channels, including clinical support calls, Emails, Portal Inbox, etc.
Execute calls assigned to you in a timely manner, ensuring each interaction meets the established standards of quality and effectiveness across diverse NA markets.
Managing follow-ups with KOL doctors, ensuring their cases are reviewed, and any necessary communications are handled effectively.
Maintain high-quality standards in all calls conducted, ensuring they adhere to company protocols, client expectations, and specific NA client or doctor requirements.
Follow up on approval requests for both your assigned KOL doctors and other doctors with previous communications, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
Complete daily tasks assigned by the direct line manager or their deputy, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Apply professional communication etiquette during all interactions with internal and external clients, including call etiquette and text manners, while being mindful of cross-cultural nuances.
Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines.
Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
Provide the necessary education to doctors based on their specific needs and experience level
What To Bring
A Degree in Dentistry (DDS or DMD) or a related field
Ability to travel 50% of the time
3+ years of experience in clinical roles with a focus on client success, support, or consultation.
Familiarity with CRM platform, Quality Control, and Analytical Skills is a plus
Experience in the aligners industry is a plus
