Your Impact
The Clinical Advisor - Iberia role is based in Spain and reports to the Clinical Excellence Head and will be responsible for executing daily clinical advisory activities. This role ensures efficient handling of clinical queries, case management, and communication while supporting the Clinical Success Manager in addressing any escalations.
What You'll Do
Execute calls assigned to you in a timely manner, ensuring each interaction meets the established standards of quality and effectiveness.
Maintain high-quality standards in all calls conducted, ensuring they adhere to company protocols and client expectations.
Manage follow-ups with CEN doctors assigned to you, ensuring their cases are reviewed, and any necessary communications are handled effectively.
Quality check (QC) the cases of CEN doctors, ensuring accuracy and completeness before finalizing communications.
Follow up on approval requests for both your assigned CEN doctors and other doctors with previous communications, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
Complete daily tasks assigned by the Clinical Success Manager, deputy, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Oversee and assess your own daily QC activities, ensuring that cases involving communications with clinical specialists are reviewed for quality and quantity.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols for each planned QC, following client-specific guidelines and best practices.
Apply professional communication etiquette during all interactions with internal and external clients, including call etiquette and text manners.
Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
5+ years of experience with similar roles
BS in Dental Medicine, specialized in Orthodontics and specifically in Aligners
Fluency in English & Spanish, both written and spoken is required
Flexibility to work remotely
Ability to travel
Fluency in Portuguese is preferred
