Your Impact

The Full Stack Engineer is based out of Amman, Jordan, reports to the Automation & Manufacturing Execution System Head, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications. This role involves working with various technologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks

• Build and consume REST & GraphQL APIs

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g. JWT, OAuth)

• Contribute to backend services using Node.js / NestJS or similar technologies (Spring Boot, .NET)

• Develop frontend components using React.js or similar frameworks (Angular)

• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases

• Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, and/or end-to-end)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Support deployment and post-release improvements

• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability

What To Bring

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development

• Experience with modern backend and frontend frameworks

• Hands-on experience building or consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)

• Experience implementing authentication and authorization

• Exposure to the SDLC, including testing and deployment

• Strong focus on code quality and maintainability

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• Professional working proficiency in English

• Exposure to microservices or event-driven architectures is preferred

• Familiarity with message brokers or distributed systems concepts is preferred

• Basic system design exposure is preferred

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience is preferred

• Familiarity with Temporal.io or workflow orchestration tools is preferred
