Your Impact
The Product Manager role is based in Amman, Jordan, and reports to the head of product management and will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for a product/set of products within Eon Dental’s portfolio. They will define the product vision, translate business and customer needs into a clear roadmap, and drive prioritization trade-offs to maximize both customer satisfaction and business impact. Operating cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, commercial, and go-to-market teams, they will lead discovery and delivery, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and drive execution from concept through launch and iteration. They will operate autonomously, influence portfolio-level decisions, and continuously evaluate product performance to inform strategic direction.
What You'll Do
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for assigned products, aligned with business and customer goals.
Lead product discovery using customer insights, data, and market analysis to define high-impact initiatives.
Translate strategy into clear, actionable requirements and success metrics for engineering and design teams.
Partner closely with engineering to drive delivery, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Collaborate with design and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, customer-centric solutions.
Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
Define and track key product metrics to assess performance and inform continuous improvement.
Support go-to-market alignment with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other Product Managers and, where applicable, take on direct people management responsibilities.
Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and escalate as needed, to ensure prompt and
effective resolution.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
At least five years of product-management experience, including substantial ownership of digital products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, prioritizing competing opportunities, and making evidence-based trade-offs.
Proven track record of delivering products or major product initiatives that produced measurable customer, operational, or commercial outcomes.
Ability to define meaningful product metrics, analyze performance, and use evidence to guide prioritization and iteration.
Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and align teams with different priorities.
Ability to operate autonomously, manage ambiguity, and maintain accountability across multiple product initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with product analytics, experimentation, customer research, and roadmap management tools.
Experience contributing to go-to-market planning, product launches, adoption initiatives, and commercial enablement.
