Your Impact
The Commercial Operations Specialist EU/NA role is based in Jordan, reports to the Head of Commercial Sales & Partnerships / Europe & North America, and will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing commercial operations by leveraging data insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and streamlining processes across sales and distribution channels. This role ensures effective coordination between internal teams and external partners, facilitates data-driven decision-making through reporting and dashboard intelligence, and enables the commercial team with accurate and timely insights to support performance tracking, strategic initiatives, and business growth.
What You'll Do
Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights that support commercial decision-making.
Develop and implement data-driven initiatives based on analytical findings and performance trends.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to monitor progress against KPIs and targets.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide data intelligence and visualize business trends.
Enable commercial teams with accurate, timely data to support strategic and operational decisions.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings between commercial stakeholders and other business functions.
Communicate regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Streamline reporting and data processes to improve efficiency and consistency across teams.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, KPI tracking, and deliverable completion.
Handle ad-hoc data requests and analyses to support business needs and urgent decision-making.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager to support organizational objectives.
What To Bring
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Experience working with CRM systems to manage, track, and analyze customer and sales data.
Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of sales performance, market dynamics, and business drivers.
Experience working with or supporting EU and North American markets is a plus
