Your Impact

The Creative Designer role is based in Jordan and reports to the Creative Manager and will be responsible for bringing Eon Dental’s brand, products, and communications to life through compelling visual storytelling across digital, social, events, and internal/external communications. The role delivers high-quality design, video, and motion graphics that drive engagement, strengthen brand consistency, and support marketing and business objectives. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and cross-functional teams, the Creative Designer ensures all creative outputs reflect Eon Dental’s brand identity and elevate audience impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, presentations, and events.

• Translate briefs and business objectives into compelling, on-brand creative solutions.

• Produce high-quality design assets across digital and print channels, including social posts, flyers, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all visual outputs.

• Create engaging videos and motion graphics for campaigns, product communications, and social media platforms.

• Support storytelling through dynamic visual formats that increase engagement and message clarity.

• Maintain and evolve Eon Dental’s brand identity across all touchpoints.

• Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines, quality standards, and tone of voice.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and other teams to turn business needs into effective creative solutions.

• Present creative ideas clearly and incorporate feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

• Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Support creative needs for events, exhibitions, and on-site activations, including booth visuals and event-specific content.

• Stay up to date with design, video, motion, and social media trends.

• Explore new tools and technologies, including AI-driven creative tools, to continuously improve output and workflows.

• Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.

• Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

What To Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is required; a relevant diploma or equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

• 4–6 years of professional experience in creative design, multimedia design, or a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio.

• Proven ability to design across multiple formats, including social media content, marketing communications, presentations, packaging artwork, and print materials.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.

• Strong hands-on experience in video creation and motion graphics, including video editing and basic animation.

• Ability to understand and translate creative briefs into clear, effective, and visually compelling design solutions.

• Strong visual storytelling and creative concepting skills, with a consistent focus on brand alignment.

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time management, ownership, and accountability across all assigned deliverables.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and incorporating feedback constructively.

• Fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with 3D design or animation is a plus.

• Curiosity about or hands-on exposure to AI-powered design tools is a plus.

• Experience working in corporate, healthcare, or structured brand environments is a plus.
