Your Impact
The People & Culture Executive role is based out of Amman, Jordan, reports to People & Culture Operations Lead and will be responsible for providing essential support across various HR functions, including onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance, and benefits administration.
What You'll Do
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating introductions.
- Assist with offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company property, and processing termination paperwork.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare HR-related paperwork such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documentation.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as organizing team-building activities, events, and celebrations.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys, compiling feedback, and assisting with action plans to address employee concerns.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and managing participant registrations.
- Help maintain training records and track employee participation in learning activities.
- Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance review documentation.
- Assist in scheduling performance reviews, sending reminders, and compiling feedback from managers.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Help distribute and communicate updates to HR policies and employee handbook.
- Assist with benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions about benefits.
- Support the coordination of employee wellness programs and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including documentation of employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Help organize and maintain employee files and documentation related to employee relations issues.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and analytics related to recruitment, turnover, training, and other HR activities.
- Compile data for audits, surveys, and compliance reporting as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR managers or senior team members.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
- 1-3 years of experience
- BA in Business admin/HR or any related field
- Very good English written and spoken
- Flexibility to work at the factory
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in HRMS Preferably KayanHR
- Payroll experience
