Your Impact

The Product Design Lead role is based out of Jordan and reports to Product Management Head and will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of product design across the organization. This role goes beyond execution, it is responsible for shaping the user experience strategy, leading and scaling the design team, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional, user-centered digital experiences. The Product Design Lead will ensure strong alignment between design direction, business objectives, and customer needs, contributing to consistent and high-impact experiences across all platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to final implementation, ensuring user-centricity at every step.
  
• Set the strategic direction for UX/UI design and ensure alignment across design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  
• Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  
• Establish and champion design standards, systems, and processes to ensure consistency and quality across all digital products.
  
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and analytics to drive design decisions.
  
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define and prioritize high-impact design initiatives.
  
• Guide the team in translating complex user and business needs into elegant, intuitive solutions.
  
• Ensure accessibility, scalability, and performance are considered in all design deliverables.
  
• Advocate for the role of design in achieving business outcomes and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Balance hands-on design contributions with strategic leadership and team development.
  
• Monitor design performance metrics and drive a culture of iteration and data-informed decision-making.
  
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into the team’s workflow.
  
• Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
  
• Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
  

What To Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong UX Research understanding, Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking, Problem-solving and critical decision-making
