Your Impact

The Technical Product Manager will be reporting to the head of Product Management, will be based out of Amman, and is responsible for managing the lifecycle and strategy of assigned products within Eon Dental's portfolio. The Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.

• Analyze product requirements from users and stakeholders and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved.

• Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.

• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships.

What To Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare industry
• 5+ years of experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes
• Experience with data analytics Leadership and the ability to take initiative.
